Indoor Ceremony and Reception at One Venue, With No Room Flip
If you've been touring wedding venues, you've probably heard the term "room flip." A lot of venues hold your ceremony in the same room as your reception. Once you say "I do," they rush everyone out to cocktail hour while the staff tears down ceremony chairs and sets up dinner tables.
It works, but it's rushed. Your guests hear banging through the wall. Grandma gets moved twice. And if the flip runs long, cocktail hour runs long, and the whole night slides.
We don't do that. At Capriotti's, the ceremony and the reception each have their own space.
The Cappella and the Palazzo
The Cappella is your ceremony space. It's separate from the dining room and set up just for your ceremony. Nothing has to be torn down afterward.
The Palazzo is your reception hall. While you're saying your vows, it's already set and waiting. When the ceremony ends, your guests walk over to cocktail hour and then into a room that's ready to go.
That's the whole point: one venue, two spaces, and no scramble.
Why an indoor ceremony makes sense here
Anyone who's lived in Schuylkill, Carbon or Luzerne County knows what the weather can do. An outdoor ceremony means a backup plan, and backup plans usually mean stress the week of the wedding.
With an indoor ceremony, you don't need to check the forecast 40 times. Rain, snow, 95 degrees, it doesn't matter. Your older guests stay comfortable, your hair holds up, and the day runs on time.

Yes. The Cappella is for your ceremony and the Palazzo is for your reception, both at our McAdoo location.
Is there a room flip?
No. The ceremony space and the dining room are separate.

Couples come to us from all over Schuylkill, Carbon and Luzerne counties. We're in McAdoo, easy to reach from I-81.
